Russian President Vladimir Putin, when making a statement to the media after his meeting with the Malaysian prime minister, is likely not to name the members of the delegation for the talks with Ukraine in Istanbul. The decision will be made by the head of state, Russian presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
