US Secretary of State Marco Rubio will meet with the Turkish and Ukrainian foreign ministers in Istanbul, Turkey, CNN Turk reports.
According to Rubio, the talks will take place at the Dolmabahce Palace on the eve of another meeting in the Turkey-Russia-Ukraine format.
