A delegation led by the speaker of the Cypriot parliament—the House of Representatives—Annita Demetriou, is in Armenia at the invitation of the National Assembly (NA) speaker, Alen Simonyan.

The members of this delegation on Tuesday visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial in Yerevan, Armenian News-NEWS.am was informed by the NA.

They laid a wreath and placed flowers at the Eternal Flame perpetuating the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide, and honored these Holy Martyrs with silence and bowing.

Also, they toured the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, and Annita Demetriou made a note in its book of honored guests.
