The Minister of Defense of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, on Wednesday received the newly appointed Chinese ambassador, Li Xinwei.

First, the minister of defense congratulated the ambassador on his appointment, and expressed his best wishes for success in the strengthening of cooperation between Armenia and China, Armenian News-NEWS.am was informed by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.

During the meeting, the parties discussed defense cooperation between Armenia and China, as well as regional and international security issues.
