US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor Jacob McGinn met with Archbishop Nathan Hovhannisyan and toured the spiritual center of Armenia - Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. U.S. Embassy in Armenia reports.
