The US embassy in Armenia has quoted the words by Josh Huck, the US Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs.

“Encouraged by Armenia’s leadership in regional diplomacy. Productive meeting with Vice President of the National Assembly and Special Envoy for Normalization of Armenia-Turkey Relations Ruben Rubinyan on Armenia’s efforts to normalize relations with Türkiye," Huck stated.
