The delegations of Ukraine and Russia have exchanged documents, and a new exchange of prisoners is also being prepared, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced, UNIAN reports.
“We have reached an agreement on the exchanges; we will announce the details soon,” added Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.
