Possible compromises by Russia on the points of the memorandum are the subject of negotiations that cannot be public, Russian presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, TASS reports.
Peskov noted that certain agreements were reached during the Istanbul talks with the Ukrainian delegation, but called not to wait for immediate decisions.
“The work will continue. We are waiting for a response to the text of the memorandum that was transferred,” Peskov said, Interfax reports.
