According to my information, the Artsakh parliament will soon elect a new president, lawyer Roman Yeritsyan told reporters in Yerevan on Wednesday.
He noted that information about this will be made public soon.
According to Yeritsyan, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) should have a representation.
“It is possible that in one, two, five or ten years the Republic of Artsakh will continue to exist also in territorial terms,” added the lawyer.
