Iran has launched more than 100 drones into Israel in the past few hours, Israel Defense Forces (IDF) spokesman Brig. Gen. Effie Defrin said.
“The army is working to shoot them down,” said the military officer, quoted by the Times of Israel newspaper.
The drones launched from Iran would take several hours to reach Israel, he said.
