A red alert has been declared in Jerusalem and surrounding areas.

On Friday night, Israel launched strikes on Iran. The operation targeted the Islamic Republic’s nuclear facilities. The Israeli Air Force struck uranium enrichment sites in Natanz and Fordow, missile bases in Kermanshah and Khorramabad, as well as targets in Tehran, Isfahan, Tabriz, and other major Iranian cities.

As a result of the attacks, IRGC Commander Hossein Salami, Chief of the General Staff Mohammad Bagheri, commander of the IRGC Air Defense Base “Khatam al-Anbiya,” Major General Gholam-Ali Rashid, and other high-ranking military officials, as well as six nuclear scientists, were killed. Explosions were also reported at the Natanz nuclear facility. According to Iranian agencies, 78 people were killed and more than 300 injured in the Israeli strikes.
