YEREVAN. – Armenian parliamentary opposition parties, Heritage and ARF Dashnaktsutyun (ARFD), have put into circulation bill on Elective Code changes, which supposes transferring from current mixed system of Armenian Parliament into 100% proportional system.

The two oppositional parties have made a joint declaration on Dec. 27 last year offering to abolish the majoritarian system and switch to 100% proportional system.

Heritage and ARFD also have made 10 joint offers on Elective Code provisions, including transfer to proportional system. Those offers also were sent to the European Venice Commission to get an expert opinion.
