Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a working breakfast with members of the American Chamber of Commerce in Armenia (AmCham Armenia), who represent companies from various sectors.
The premier underscored such meetings, and noted that they are a good opportunity to discuss all issues of mutual interest, the PM's office informs Armenian News-NEWS.am. According to Pashinyan, this also forms a certain agenda for further cooperation between the Armenian government and the American Chamber of Commerce.
AmCham Armenia president Elina Markaryan, for her part, thanked the Armenian government for supporting the institutional dialogue with the private sector, and emphasized the importance of strengthening further cooperation.
Then, the main directions of activities of AmCham Armenia were presented, and its commitment to serve as a bridge between the Armenian government and the business community was stressed.
The meeting discussed economic policy issues related to investment promotion, improving the business environment, tax regulations, and the respective reforms being implemented in Armenia.
The parties highlighted the ongoing dialogue and reaffirmed their willingness to continue to work closely to promote Armenia's economic resilience and international competitiveness.
