We met with the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia, Davit Khudatyan, in Istanbul. The Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkey, Alparslan Bayraktar, wrote this on X.
“During the meeting, we assessed the opportunities for cooperation between Turkey and Armenia in the energy sector,” the Turkish official added.
