The working group consisting of the deputy prime ministers of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan (on unblocking communications – ed.) has not been active for a long time. Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated at a press conference on July 16.

According to him, this was due, among other things, to differences in the interpretation of the text. “In addition, this was also due to practical problems and, frankly speaking, a lack of trust,” Pashinyan noted.
