The normal operation of the Arca payment system was disrupted Wednesday starting from 10:10am Armenia time due to technical problems, as a result of which it was not possible to make some card transactions.
But as of 12:45pm, the system operation has been restored, and at the moment the problem continues only in bank apps and card-to-card transfers, Armenian Card CJSC informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
