Russia is ready to contribute to the signing of a peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia, Russian presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, TASS reports.

"We [i.e. Moscow] want Baku and Yerevan to sign the [peace] agreement as soon as possible. At the same time, we maintain our readiness and, if necessary, we can provide any assistance to this process," the Kremlin spox told reporters.
