A 14-year-old girl in the Kamchatka Peninsula of Russia gave birth to a healthy baby during the earthquake there, reports the SHOT Telegram channel.

This schoolgirl went to give birth with her 35-year-old mother. At that moment, an anesthesiologist and obstetrician were also with her, and they showed high professionalism and had a safe delivery in the conditions of the quake.

The schoolgirl gave birth to a girl weighing 2.9 kilograms.

Her family plans to ask to local authorities to reward the aforesaid specialists for their work.

The birth was attended by Armenian obstetrician-gynecologist Mher Adamyan.
