I simply possess that information, and the topic of that road became the ninth point of the November 9 statement at the request of Azerbaijan in order to create symmetry with the Lachin corridor. This was stated by the second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan in an interview with Channel 5 television, and regarding the topic of a road through Armenia’s southernmost Meghri city.

“We [i.e. Armenia] should not have lost, Azerbaijan did not have that advantage, I tell you for sure. And he destroyed the [Armenian] army under the slogans of ‘improving the army,’ let’s say,” Kocharyan said, in particular, referring to PM Nikol Pashinyan.

Kocharyan added that there is no serious person in the outside world who continues to trust Pashinyan, but they are trying and successfully using him.
