There can be no talk of leasing Syunik Province, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated during a remote press conference.
“Syunik has been and will continue to remain a province of the Republic of Armenia. In the declaration, we also noted that we will have no territorial claims against each other,” Pashinyan said.
