Azerbaijani colleagues are well aware of the position of the Russian Federation on the supplying of weapons or dual-purpose humanitarian aid to the Kiev regime. This was stated by Alexey Fadeev, Deputy Director of the Information and Press Department of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), during a press briefing.
"Such actions do not contribute to a peaceful settlement and only worsen the situation," Fadeev added.
