After the official meeting at the presidential office of Armenia, bilateral talks between Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took place Tuesday in Yerevan, ANA reports.

The talks lasted about 1.5 hours, 20 minutes of which were in a personal format. Pezeshkian's visit to Armenia is official, during which several documents on cooperation between Iran and Armenia are planned to be signed.

During the welcoming ceremony, the national anthems of the two countries were played, and the heads of state introduced each other to high-ranking delegations.
