Banks and brokers in Armenia have begun requesting information from Russians in the country on their tax residency, RBC reports.
These requests are made to automatically exchange information with Russia.
The exchange is expected to begin this year.
As a result, information on the income and assets of Russian citizens and Russian-owned companies in Armenia will become accessible to the Russian tax service.
