The economic activity index in Armenia increased by 7 percent in January-July 2025 compared to the same period last year, the Ministry of Finance informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Accordingly, trade increased by 3.9 percent, construction—by 20.2 percent, and the service sector—by 10.6 percent.
But industry decreased by 9.8 percent, exports—by 48.3 percent, and imports—by 35.8 percent.
To note, the economic activity index in Armenia had increased by 6.3 percent in January-June of this year.
