In order to continue the conflict with Russia, Ukraine must receive at least one billion dollars a month from Western allies, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said, UNIAN news agency reports.

According to the Ukrainian leader, these funds will be used mainly to purchase weapons from the US.

In addition, Zelenskyy accused Moscow of disrupting preparations for the winter season. He claims that Russian strikes are allegedly aimed not only at the heat supply and electricity facilities, but also at the natural gas extraction infrastructure of Ukraine.
