Turkey has said it is ready to open the borders with Armenia, but only after the signing of the Armenia-Azerbaijan agreement, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said in an interview with the Public Television Company of Armenia.

“Now the peace treaty [with Azerbaijan] has been initialed, and my logic suggests that the treaty will be followed by the unblocking of Armenia-Turkey infrastructure. It is also in Turkey’s interest to unblock the infrastructure as soon as possible. We [i.e. Armenia] currently have a fairly dynamic dialogue with Turkey,” the Armenian FM said.
