There is no need to return to November 9 at all. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at the press briefing after Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the Armenian government—and referring to the joint statement by Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan on November 9, 2020 to end the 44-day Nagorno-Karabakh War.    

“November 9 has remained on November 9,” Pashinyan added.

Separately, he said that there are no discussions on the agreements reached in Washington on August 8, and that they will begin in September.

“At the moment, we do not have any fixed arrangements, including for 99 years,” concluded the premier of Armenia.
