Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan that he was happy for the opportunity to talk, as many issues have accumulated, TASS reports.
“I am very glad to see you and to have the opportunity to talk within the framework of today’s and tomorrow’s event. It has been a long time since we met; various issues have accumulated—bilateral, regional, international. I hope that our meeting today will be useful and meaningful. I am glad to see you,”
Putin said at the beginning of this meeting on Sunday. The leaders of Russia and Armenia met in Tianjin, China on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit.
