The Minsk Group of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) is dissolved as of today.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Armenia reports that today a letter was received from the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Foreign Minister of Finland, confirming that the default procedure established for the decision on the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group process and related structures has not been violated by the OSCE participating States, and the decision is considered adopted as of Monday, September 1, 2025.
