The signals and feedback from international partners regarding the peace process are quite positive. The governor of the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA), Martin Galstyan, stated during the debates on the annual report on the activities of the CBA at Tuesday’s parliament session.
“However, uncertainty regarding further developments continues to persist,” Galstyan added.
But he expressed a conviction that if the currently initialed peace agreement with Azerbaijan is signed once and for all, Armenia will be able to considerably reduce existing risks and ensure a considerable flow of foreign investments into the country.
The CBA chief, however, did not rule out that the economic growth indicators of Armenia may be revised in connection with this process.
