Kairat Sarybay, Secretary General of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), hails the initialing of the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia, APA reports.
Sarybay told APA that peace and stability in the South Caucasus create broad opportunities for implementing major economic projects.
“Peace and stability in the South Caucasus open broad opportunities for implementing large economic projects. Therefore, the peace achieved between the two countries will contribute not only to regional but also global cooperation,” the CICA secretary general said.
