Turkey's special representative for the normalization process with Armenia, Ambassador Serdar Kilic, made a post on social media about his meeting with Armenia's special representative for the normalization process with Turkey—and Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia—Ruben Rubinyan.
"Thank you for the warm welcome. Glad to meet again," Kilic wrote on X, regarding their meeting Friday in Armenia.
