The US Department of Commerce has announced that it will impose sanctions against companies from Russia, Turkey, India, Iran, Pakistan, China, Belarus, Singapore, Taiwan, and the UAE, which will come into effect on September 16.

According to the ministry, the activities of these companies are contrary to US national security interests.

It is specified that the companies subject to restrictions supplied goods to Russia's military-industrial sector and shipped supplies to the US without the appropriate permits.
