The signal about the implementation of the “Trump Route” project is perceived positively by market participants in terms of possible news on the unblocking of regional communications and the final signing of the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan. This was stated by the governor of the Central Bank of Armenia, Martin Galstyan, at a press conference on Tuesday.

According to him, the recently allocated tranche of $140 million for the implementation of the aforementioned project is not a very large amount in terms of its impact on the Armenian economy.

Galstyan explained that this idea refers to the absorption of these funds by the economy.
