The EU is here to invest in Armenia’s comprehensive security through our dedicated Resilience and Growth Plan. Strengthening Armenia’s democracy, resilience, and capacities in the public and private sectors is key for building a stronger Armenia, the European Union (EU) office in Armenia noted on Facebook.

This was the point made by EU Ambassador Vassilis Maragos speaking today at the Comprehensive Security & Resilience International Conference 2025, organized by Women & Global Security Architecture (WGSA), added the EU office in Armenia.

“One example is connectivity where the EU is investing in strategic infrastructure such as the North-South route as well as the Caucasus Transmission Network which will enhance electricity trade with Georgia,” concluded the EU office in Armenia.
