On September 17, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Alen Simonyan met with Su Hui, Vice Chairperson of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. This was reported by the National Assembly. 

During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed the development of political dialogue and interparliamentary cooperation between Armenia and China. 

Issues related to the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan were also touched upon, with particular attention paid to the “Crossroads of Peace” project.
