A 4.9 magnitude earthquake has struck Balikesir, Turkey, informed the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) of the country.
The epicenter of this quake was in the Sindirgi municipality.
It occurred at a depth of 7 kilometers.
This seismic activity was also felt in Istanbul and Izmir.
