US President Donald Trump has put more time and energy into peace proposals and peace initiatives than anybody else in the world, and he has had the most success of anybody else in the world, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in an interview.

“Let’s not forget the DRC [i.e. the Democratic Republic of the Congo] and Rwanda had a war going on; it’s the [US] President that’s brokered that.  Azerbaijan and Armenia—it’s the [US] President that brought that about.  Thailand and Cambodia—it’s the [US] President that brought the end to that about.  India and Pakistan. (…). And the [US] President is the one that did that, not any other leader in the world and not the UN,” noted the US Secretary of State.
