The video shows three men coming out of a house, and shortly thereafter a gunman comes running and opens fire on them.
It is noteworthy that while fleeing the scene, he returns for a moment, shoots again at the already fallen people, and hits them with the butt of his weapon.
Earlier, Armenian News-NEWS.am reported that on Tuesday at 11:52pm, the police received a report that shots had been fired in Merdzavan village of Armavir Province, there are two dead and One injured. One of the dead is the head of the Parakar enlarged community, Volodya Grigoryan.
The second person killed is a police officer by the name of Karen Abrahamyan, an employee of the Ararat Province criminal police, who was not on duty at the time of the murder; he was Grigoryan’s friend.
The incident occurred in front of Grigoryan’s house.
One person, Artsrun Galstyan, was injured in the shooting.
There were video surveillance cameras at the scene of the murder, and they have been taken possession of.
A criminal case has been opened at the Vagharshapat city investigative department of the Armavir provincial investigative department.
On March 30, Volodya Grigoryan, as an opposition candidate in the local elections in Parakar, had recorded a landslide victory over the ruling party.
