US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff says he regularly consults Turkish Intel Chief Ibrahim Kalin and Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Ukraine through US ambassador to Turkey Tom Barrack, Ragip Soylu, Turkey Bureau Chief at Middle East Eye, informed on X.
According to Witkoff, he is “encouraged” to do it at US President Donald Trump’s administration.
Also, the US Special Envoy reported on numerous examples of success as a result of these contacts.
