Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko shook hands, reports the Pul Pervogo (Pool First) Telegram account.
This took place in Moscow, where both leaders attended the World Atomic Week forum.
Relations between Pashinyan and Lukashenko have been tense for quite some time, as evidenced by the Armenian PM’s earlier decision not to send any official Armenian delegation to certain events in Belarus.
