A group of relatives of soldiers missing in the 44-day war in 2020 are holding a protest in front of the Ministry of Defense (MoD) of Armenia.

These relatives are demanding to meet with the First Deputy Minister of Defense and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia, Edward Asryan, and the former commander of the Artsakh Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Army, Kamo Vardanyan.

They had staged a protest on September 27, too, and they were told that a meeting would take place Monday.

At the moment, some of these relatives are participating in a meeting inside the MoD.

During the protest on September 27, Arsen Ghukasyan, a relative of a missing soldier, had told Armenian News-NEWS.am that if a meeting was not held on Monday, they will resort to extreme measures.
