Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with Montenegrin President Jakov Milatovic, on the sidelines of the European Political Community meeting in Copenhagen, Denmark, the PM’s office informs.

During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed the further development of multi-sectoral cooperation between Armenia and Montenegro. The parties considered the deepening of cooperation in the trade, economic and tourism sectors promising, and agreed to implement respective consistent steps.

Separately, the Montenegrin president welcomed the initialing of a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and expressed confidence that it will open wide development opportunities for the region.

Also, the parties agreed to continue their dialogue within the framework of high-level mutual visits.
