Azerbaijan’s foreign minister has announced their condition for signing a peace treaty with Armenia.
“The summit held in the US on August 8 and the documents signed there are of historic significance. In order to properly assess this historic opportunity and to sign a peace treaty, Armenia must remove the territorial claims against Azerbaijan enshrined in its constitution,” Jeyhun Bayramov said at the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States.
