Croatia supports the progress made in the process of normalizing relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, speaker of the Croatian Parliament Gordan Jandrokovic, said at a press conference held in the Azerbaijani capital Baku, Azerbaijani media report.

Also, Jandrokovic lauded Azerbaijan. Today, Croatia and Azerbaijan are strategic partners and friends with intensive political dialogue and strong economic ties. Croatia recognizes and highly values Azerbaijan’s remarkable economic achievements, as well as its significant role not only in the South Caucasus but also beyond, he said.

Also, Jandrokovic addressed the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

He added that Croatia firmly supports the progress made towards normalizing relations between Yerevan and Baku.
