Before the start of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) summit in Tajikistan’s capital, Dushanbe, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko exchanged a few insinuations with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, ahead of the official part of their meeting.

The respective video was posted on the Telegram channel “Pul Pervogo,” which is close to the Belarusian president’s press service.

“Ilham Heydarovich, and you were saying ‘he won’t come.’ You were worried yesterday. I told [you], didn’t I, that Nikol Vovayevich has nowhere to go without us?” Lukashenko said to Aliyev and Pashinyan, who were sitting side by side on a couch in the hall where Tajikistan’s president was receiving the heads of state and government of the CIS member countries.
