Minister of Defense of Armenia Suren Papikyan on Friday received the ambassador of the Czech Republic to Armenia, Petr Piruncik, and the newly appointed Military and Air Attaché, Lieutenant Colonel Jiri Mracek—whose respective residence is in Georgian capital Tbilisi.

The minister of defense congratulated Lieutenant Colonel Mracek on assuming his position in Armenia, and wished him success in his mission, informs the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.

During the meeting, the parties discussed several topics related to Armenia–Czech defense cooperation, as well as regional and international security.
