Sixteen individuals who were taken from Vardanants Square in Gyumri have been formally arrested, NEWS.am reports citing the Investigative Committee.
No public criminal charges have yet been filed against them.
Among those arrested is Ruben Mkhitaryan, a member of the “Mer Dzewov” (Our Way) movement.
