A report has been filed with the Police regarding the assault on activist Artur Chakhoyan, NEWS.am reports citing Narek Sargsyan, spokesperson for the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

“A report of physical assault has been received at the Police. Officers from the Nor Nork community police station have arrested one person. Measures are being taken to identify the other participants in the incident,” Sargsyan said.

Earlier, a group reportedly attacked Artur Chakhoyan, beating him and stealing his phone.
