In Strasbourg, I had the honor of meeting with Alain Beurse, Secretary General of the Council of Europe, wrote Minister of Justice Srbukhi Galyan.

“Together, we discussed important issues:

The progress of constitutional reforms,

The importance of peace and the efforts being made to strengthen it,

The need for effective counteraction against disinformation, foreign influence, and hybrid threats in the context of preserving democratic values,

The expansion of programs with the Council of Europe and new directions for cooperation.

I was glad to meet the Secretary General of the Council of Europe again and exchange ideas and new initiatives with him.”
